Leon currently serves as the Senior Film/Video Editor, Colorist, and Manager at Post Circle, one of Bangladesh’s leading post-production studios. Since joining the studio in 2015, he has led the editing and color grading of a wide range of visual content, including feature films, television commercials, documentaries, music videos, and digital media contents. His creative direction and leadership have played a key role in establishing Post Circle’s reputation for high-quality post-production.

With years of hands-on collaboration with production houses, agencies, and creatives, Leon brings a polished, professional touch and a strong visual sensibility to every project. Mithun Devnath is an experienced and versatile filmmaker who has been making significant contributions to Bangladesh's film and media industry for over a decade. Although he began his career from a different professional background, his deep passion for creativity and visual storytelling eventually led him into the world of cinema. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leather Products Engineering from the Institute of Leather Engineering and Technology under the University of Dhaka (graduated in 2012), but his true calling has always been in film and visual arts.

Currently, Mithun is working as a film editor at Post Circle, where he handles a variety of creative and technical editing responsibilities. Prior to this, he served as the associate director and film editor for the government-funded feature film “Dawal”. He is also the founder of DOGMA’16, a creative platform through which he has directed, edited, and produced numerous content-driven projects, showcasing his multifaceted talent in filmmaking.s

Throughout his career, Mithun has collaborated with several prominent organizations, including USAID’s short film project Projonmo Talkies, Positive Hub Limited, Three Wheelers Limited, and Bay of Bengal Films, taking on roles such as Director, Editor, Assistant Director, and Post-Production Supervisor. Notably, he worked as the first assistant Director on the acclaimed feature film “Jalal’s Story”, which received recognition on international platforms.

From a technical perspective, Mithun is highly skilled in non-linear editing and color grading, particularly using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. His expertise also extends to motion graphics, sound design, and a working knowledge of emerging AI tools and plugins. His strong research and analytical abilities enable him to bring depth and clarity to complex narratives and concepts.
